This section will contain our commonly asked questions.

Question: How do I place an order?
Answer: We accept Secure Credit Card processing. It's safe, fast, easy and guaranteed!   We also accept mail 
orders using our mail order form which you can print out and fill in your items, shipping name and address and mail
it to us and pay by check or money order.
Question: Are Credit Card Orders Safe?
Answer: Yes.  They are completely safe and use a secure socket on-line connection for your protection.   All orders
placed with a credit card come with a guarantee when you buy from us and your purchase is 100% guaranteed. 
Magic360.COM is a registered and verified member of the credit card company.
Question: When I buy multiple items, do I need to keep entering in my credit card information?
Answer: No.  As you click through the site and see something you like, you only need to give your credit card information
only once, the first time you buy something, if you are not already registered.  Once you are registered, the system will
know who you are and only ask for your email address as you buy another item making it very easy to shop at

Question: Can I buy more than one of the same item at one time using my credit card?
Answer: Yes, just click on the credit card, and when the screen appears you will see a quantity set to 1.  You may change this quantity set to 1 to any number that you would like to purchase of that same item.  You can do this all in one simple step.
Question: If I purchase more than one quantity, will I pay extra in shipping costs?
Answer: No.  When you order more than one item, you are charged the same single shipping charge as if you bought only
one!
Question: If I use a credit card to buy multiple items will I be billed multiple shipping charges?
Answer: No.  Our policy is to use combined shipping to save you shipping charges when ordering multiple items.
When your order is filled, you will pay only one shipping fee for any items that were ordered on the same 
day to the same address.  Any additional amounts billed to your card will be credited back to your card. 
For reference,
here is our shipping policy:  For ONE ITEM ONLY, shipping fee will be billed whatever is listed for 
that item.  For MULTIPLE ITEMS ordered on the same day, orders for $0-$10 will be billed 3.99, orders $11-$20 
will be billed 4.99, orders for $21-$50 will be billed 5.99, orders for $51-$100 will be billed 6.99 and orders over $100
will be billed 7.99    Except for large stage items over $500, will be billed the shipping fee listed.
Question: Do you ship Internationally ?
Answer: We will ship ANYWHERE around the earth, to any country at all!  We are a global supplier of magic. 
We have shipped to Africa, Canada, Singapore, Hong Kong, Puerto Rico, Switzerland, Japan and everywhere!
Question: How do I pay for International Shipping?
Answer: Just click and order any items you would like the same way as anyone does.  When you pay for your order, we will
get a confirmation that you paid but your address is outside the United States.  Shortly after, you will receive an automated
Credit Card Request of the additional monies due for shipping to your location.  You just need to enter your name to accept
the additional charges to your location and we will ship out your order.   If, for some reason, you don't like the shipping charges, we will credit you all your money back to your credit card.  To calculate a shipping amount prior to ordering, you can go to the United States Postal Service Site, enter your country and get an approximate shipping cost or just ask our customer service department on the Service Page. 
Question: What if I find an item on another site or in a store for less money?
Answer: Our prices are set very reasonable and we can't check every site to see what everyone is doing. 
Our policy is to list items below the retail price, but higher than starting auction prices.  If, however,
you do find a site with a similar item, please drop our customer service department an email to let us know.
PRIOR to making any purchase, they may be able to match OR BEAT the competitions price for you!
Question: I buy from another site, why should I use your site?
Answer: Simple, we have 100% satisfaction, 100% guarantee, a proven track record from customers,
we SHOW YOU ALL THE MAGIC 360 DEGREES IN ACTION and ALL THE PRODUCT DETAILS.
We have events, shows, tips, hints, service, carry new magic and we are like no other site, we are total magic,
we are magic 360!   Still not convinced, or do you like some other features or pricing of another site, 
LET US KNOW AND MAYBE WE CAN ACCOMMODATE YOU TOO, we want to attract 
ALL MAGIC ENTHUSIASTS!
Question: How do I give a Magic Tip or Get listed as a Magician on your site?
Answer: Go to Tips or Magicians and then click on the line where is says, submit a tip or add my name to Magicians List.
There is no cost to be listed as a Magician and we have over 1,000 unique customers who visit our site and that list is growing.
Question: Some of the pictures are not showing up on my computer?
Answer: No problem!  Just hit the [REFRESH] button on the top of your browser and they will appear!   We have experienced some problems with different versions of web browser using AOL, Prodigy and some other providers and pictures sometimes not appearing.  We are working to resolve this issue in our next web release.
Question: I don't like sound and music, can I turn it off?
Answer: Yes.  Under your browser settings there is a check box and if you uncheck the box no music or sound will
play.  This feature is available in both Netscape and Internet Explorer.
Question: How can I increase speed and what type of machine do you recommend using this site?
Answer: For fastest performance, we recommend using an internet connection speed of 56K or cable modem or DSL and a machine speed of at least 300MHZ, which 95 % of all people already have when accessing our site.  Also, the first time you access our site, it will automatically optimize itself with your computer so that when you go back to visit our site again, it will run much faster as you visit again and again.   We are receiving a large amount of people visiting and if our service gets bigger, we will also expand the hosting capabilities as needed over time.  There are also times when a connection may be slow or have problems with a phone line, and in this case, the problem will be corrected as soon as possible.
Question: Will I get paid to submit a tip or advice?
Answer: No.  However, you may received a free gift if your advice or tip is used.
Question: What if I never get my item?
Answer: Your order is usually filled quickly using credit card on-line ordering.  However, some orders and 
larger orders do take some time to pack and ship.  If, however, you have waited several weeks and don't have your
item, then please contact us and we will trace the mailed package.  Although over  99 % of our item arrive properly,
there is still a chance that the mailing system may have lost or improperly shipped an item.  However, this is very rare.
In this rare case, however, we will GUARANTEE EVERYTHING 100% and will immediately send out a replacement
item and then investigate the mailing by tracking it with the postal service.
Question: What if you are backordered on an item?
Answer: If any item is backordered, we will notify you immediately and give you the option of waiting with an
estimated target date or to get a refund if you can't wait.  However, this is very rare and over 90% of our items
are in stock at all times.
Question: What if I ordered an item but don't like the item I received?
Answer: You may exchange any item at all as long as it is in original packaging and in new condition and the same
item we shipped to you.
Question: What if my item arrives damaged?
Answer: We guarantee everything 100%, just send it back and we will give you a new one.
Please notify us before making any returns and please retain all original box, packaging and labels from the damaged package.
Only a very small portion of our items ever arrived damaged, less than 1%,  however,  it does happen.
And when it does, Magic360 gives you a 100% guaranteed replacement item!
