Magician takes his hand and covers it with the supplied cloth.
Magician then puts a card through the cloth which seems
to puncture right through magicians hand.
Magician then pulls up all four fingers away from his hand. Fingers are
seem to be detached from hand and are far away.
Finally, magician puts back fingers and pulls out his unharmed hand and fingers!
